Ty get in front of the camera on your back, raise your legs hands on back of legs with knees locked wearing trainers pull the legs so they are 90% with your body keeping hips drilled to the floor and drop your toes down Now lets have a look what happens.
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....

personally i thought for a guy with no (?) formal training, he did great. Very good power and his hands were high. But vets like scrap and trainer can tweak things that many people can;'t see. With that said, in the end you have to do it the way it feels best for YOU... because you know your body and physical limitations better than anyone else... of course all while keeping basic fundamentals in mind.

    hello Ty,

I have to say, you're a natural. A lot of people are really leg stiff in the beginning, and your legs do seem like they follow the body movement and rotation, that's great. Just one thing, pivot your feet during the punches. Left hook=>pivot your left foot to the inside. Right cross=>pivot your right foot to the inside also. And relax your shoulders, they're too stiff for now, use your hips more and you'll be able to knock out a bulldozer with your punches. Body @ 45° towards the opponent. Also, when you throw the right cross or hook, don't lower your left shoulder, same goes for the left. All you have to do is pivot your hips, legs, and relax your shoulders. Keep up

Tystone, looking at your shoulders ones higher than the other your left which I suspect is brought on by overcompensating for the right hip thats the clue
