Can someone explain the ABC belts to me

Outside of world titles, there are a few domestic belts that I would certainly value. Some world champions have proudly held the NABF, EBU, Commonwealth and British titles earlier in their career, in some cases, if you can win a belt like this as a prospect, you could be a big thing on the world stage. Also, if there's 2 hot prospects after a domestic title, you can pick which one is the best.

The belts don't mean anything. The main purpose of a HW championship belt is to symbolize that you are the #1 guy. With so many "world championship" belts, the meaning has been lost, and when the belts don't symbolize anything than they are just there to look pretty.

It usually doesn't matter because in pretty much every division there is 1 guy that the majority of boxing fans believe is the #1. That means more than any belt.
