    Default Bilbo and Sharla

    :
Bilbo and Sharla are sitting next to each other on a long flight. The Hobbit asks her if she would like to play a fun game.

Sharla is tired about arguing over creationism, and just wants to take a nap; so she politely declines and tries to catch a few winks.

Bilbo persists that the game is a lot of fun. "I ask you a question. If you don't know the answer, you pay me only £5. If you ask
me a question and I don't know the answer, I will pay you £500." This catches Sharla's attention. To keep him quiet, she agrees
    to play the game.

Bilbo asks the first question, "What's the distance from the earth to the moon?"

Sharla doesn't say a word. She reaches into her purse, pulls out a five-pound note, and hands it to him.

Now, it's her turn. She asks him, "What goes up a hill with three legs, and comes down with four?"

Bilbo uses his laptop and searches all references. He uses the air-phone. He searches the Net and even his hotline to God
He sends e-mails to all the smart friends he knows on Saddoboxing (which doesn't take long) , all to no avail. After one hour of searching, he finally gives up. He wakes up Sharla and hands her £500. She takes the £500 and goes back to sleep.

Bilbo is going nuts not knowing the answer. He wakes her up and asks, "Well, so what goes up a hill with three legs and comes
    down with four?"

Sharla reaches into her purse, hands Bilbo £5, and goes back to sleep

If God wanted us to be vegetarians, why are animals made of meat ?

Actually on reflection the answer is easy.

A double amputee who has lost both legs rides his motorised wheelchair up the high street to a furniture shop to take back a stool he had bought previously but didn't like. He exchanges it for a nice chair and then goes home.

You forget the Baggins is a master of riddles, it's how I got away from Gollum after all

Collects his £500 back from Sharla and also goes to sleep £10 up and with a smug grin on his face

Not a lot really just boats and S***, nice elven architecture but I wasn't really in the mood to notice. I was sad when I was passing through there, not because I was leaving Middle Earth but because my fucktard nephew Frodo insisted on coming with me..........and after throwing my beloved ring ring away as well

Still as long as I've got my precious moon cave trophy I'm ok

By the way I think I should have got more props for solving this riddle. X tried to make a fool of the hobbit and the hobbit owned him

To be honest, seeing the title of the thread and the author....I was expecting some sick ass-porn or something weird like that.

    or just:

    ...up a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G.

Ha just saw this thread again when I made my gorilla posting now, it was listed as a similar thread underneath.

I'd completely forgotten it but the way I solved that riddle was really impressive I think.

I deserve some rep for that guys, you don't realise what a talent you have on this forum
