Yes I am, I know boxing, I was gonna say Pernell Whitaker all over again, but Strum is no Pernell, but same result none the less.

Naw, I would have bet my house on Oscar (if I had a house,) to win by UD, because I know boxing, politics and all, why do you think I never wanted to turn professional.

I'm still going with De La Hoya over Hopkins in September even with that shitty preformance tonight by both fighters.

Hopkins's performance wasn't s**** it was masterful boxing, nobody said Masterful boxing had to be entertaining.

But Oscar is losing to Hopkins, but if it goes the distance, Oscar wins, because, who does the boxing media want to be the Middleweight Champion, the Golden Boy, who's quiet, and good personality for the boxing media, or would they like Hopkins, who will always say what he feels even if he had a *** to his head.

Media and politics choose Oscar, Hopkins has to stop him.

I was impressed with Sturn. it was my first time seeing him. i thought Sturn won 8 to 4, but Knew he wasnt getting the decision. Hopkins will put DLH away inside of 8.

Hopkins was having a difficult time with the Deadbeat Allen, how can he beat DLH. DLH has proven it over and over again that he is one of the greatest. This was a good fight for him because it will prepare him for Hopkins. If DLH was able to beat Fernando Vargas with steroids, he is able to beat Hopkin's without.

yeah, and DLH just got another "Gift" from the judges, against an unknown from Germany, so your point is

Also, Hopkins had a tough time 118-109 or something. he wins.

DLH goes life or death 115-113, if I had to pick who is a better fighter during that tougher time, i'd pick Hopkins.

    psst.

All boxers take notes, this could be the secret strategy on how to have a chance against Floyd Mayweather Jr.

    Gatti better be taking notes

DLH better be thinking of a way to get out of fighting Hopkins, i know its a win win situation for DLH because noone really expects him to win and he gets a s*** load of money losing. OK its worth taking the fight even if i get a beating.

Hopkins fought this poor boy that he has beaten twice. How can this even be a fight. If he would not beat this boy tonight it would be embarrassing. I don't scare about the scorecard. His performance was very lackluster.

DLH fought a champ who is rated high regardless of your opinion. DLH will have too much speed for Hopkins. Hopkins is too old and slow. He is past his prime. DLH will fight anyone and his fights bring the money and the spectators.

My point is: DLH is the money maker and he will fight anyone. He will not dodge any fighter, unlike other fighters.

He can at least say he's held titles in 6 weight classes, but no one really counts WBO much anymore, just cookie cutter now.

So Oscar has held about 2 meaningful belts.

Welter and Super Welter The rest where really "just for history, technically a world title belt but mostly German's and English Men Hold it" WBO belts.

Anyway, Hopkins is gonna destroy Oscar, and then retire after getting his 50th fight.

Roy Jones always said "If something ever happens to me, Bernard deserves to be Number 1, his accomplishments speak for themselves, I don't get to pick my predacesor, but Bernard really deserves it, if something happens to me." So I feel that until Roy Jones knocks out Tarver, or until Tyson does it for him, and then a weight drained and rebroken jawed Tarver gets torn apart by Jones Then Bernard is number one.

cory spinks quote of the day: "If Floyd fights me, than it will be a preview of his prison life, he's gonna get f***** up by a man every round."

Why do you think DLH would lose to Hopkins? Hopkins did not look good tonight. This is a repeat of the 2 other fights he had with Allen, what was suppose to be different? I think 40 years old and being slow are a disadvantage for him. Well let's see what happens............

I can tell you are not going to waive on your sentiments toward DLH but hes not invincible. Why didnt he take the rematch with Tito, DLH spent what 6 or 8 months calling him out of retirement and when Tito came back he suddenly had other plans.

DLH just went life or Death against a top 20 at least Middleweight who is a hometown Germany fighter.

Top 20 Middle... De La Hoya almost loses but gets gift.

#1 for the last 10 years...what do you think is gonna happen

DLH lost at least 7 rounds, maybe 8. His punches were ineffective. He landed several clean rights and never moved Sturm. The fight was given to Oscar, the golden mouth who doesn't seem to get it. Stick a fork in him. He's done.

I can’t wait to see Bernard Hopkins rip him a new orifice. Yes, the girls seem to like Oscar, but that won’t help him when he gets in the ring with Bernard who is faster, bigger, stronger, and smarter. Even at 39, Bernard will beat a 31-year-old fatty-boy every time.
