I personally am a huge fan of Rob Zombie's previous films and i don't think he will disappoint on this one..

I don't see the comparison with Eli Roth, Tarantino, or Zombie at all.. Roth, for one, is definitely a fan of over excessive gore in a brutal fashion.. he's real into the 'who can have more blood in their horror movie'. I am not a real big fan of his, but i have liked some of his stuff in the past, but he'd be my least favorite of these three.. Tarantino is a master of storytelling and dialogue, so he doesn't even fit into this horror category.. and Zombie, generally speaking, adds a SUPER creepy aspect to his horror movies, and regarding House of 1000 Corpses and Devil's Rejects he REALLY made you like the villains. When you think of the old Halloween movies and the like, it's more suspenseful than creepy.. like 'uh oh it's dark in this room, i wonder who may be hiding in the closet'.. as opposed to Zombie's way of just making it f'ed up and creepy with the character development and storytelling.

Just my 2 cents.. i haven't seen the movie but if their was anyone making this movie over, then it would have to be Zombie due to his indie film style.
