    Default Q&A: Floyd Mayweather!

Floyd, why did you come out of retirement to take on Ricky Hatton?

After the De La Hoya fight I had achieved so much in boxing and was pound for pound champion and didn't feel I needed to establish myself further. Only God can judge me and not boxing but everything about the fight with Ricky Hatton was right and he did upset me with some of his comments about me after the Castillo fight. We are both here now and on December 8th be sure you will see the best of Floyd Mayweather. He is not going to take my crown of the undisputed king of boxing.

Floyd not coming across as a wanker

It doesn't make any sense, i bet it was fabricated by ICB to try and make us all love and admire PBF

Seriously though, in those last two questions he's veering dangerously close to being nice. Also, the bit about fightin in the UK it could just be a throwaway line but we all know what Floyd loves and thats $$$$$$$$. He may have seen the huge potential profit from the massive interest and avidness of Hatton's fans and could go for a rematch if it could be held at for example .... Wembley.

50k tickets would definately sell and thats $$$$ and if Floyd wins in December he could command a greater purse for the rematch .....

Nah im not saying that at all. All im sayin is that Floyd has probably seen the huge potential dough to be made by havin a fight in the UK. As long as Dec. 8th aint to one sided for Floyd could go for a rematch in the UK just for the huge cash it would make.

Actually, you know you make a damn good point. I didn't bring up the point with that in mind but hell i dont know it might possibly

If its a close fight or if Hatton wins, a rematch could be held at Wembly that would sell 60,000 + easy and both fighters would get paid a hell of alot of cash!

I've said a few times but Floyd is ACTUALLY A NICE guy. He winds people up and it works. At the press conference he was a true gentleman up until the point of the staredown and that was just for everybodies camera's. He loves the spotlight and he loves the fans.
