Default Record of weeks being ranked in the Ring rankings

I was originally going to talk about Joe Calzaghe and his 542 (a little over 10 years) weeks being ranked and if this was a record.

Then as I scroll down to look at the P4P list just out of curiosity, I stumble into this guy: VEERAPOL SAHAPROM. He has been ranked for 624 weeks. An impressive 12 years as a top ten in his division (Bantamweight). To this day I've never even heard of this guy.

Anyway, I just wanted to know if there are any of you really hard core boxing fans and Ring Magazine subscribers who actually keep a count on this and could tell me if this is a record. Is there a record at all being kept? Who holds it?

I dunno if he holds the record, but surely Bhop has to be up there wouldnt he? He has been a top ten guy since about 1993.

Joe Louis and Larry Holmes must have been at the top for a long time too.
