They are all good fighters, but dunno if they are better than the ones i mentioned.
They may not be better and I'll agree on canizales, and wolgast(by all accounts the guy was a savage But not a "great" boxer, not a boxer Period LOL).But I stand firm on Carbajal and Gushiken.at respected jr.fly weight they could compete and win with anyone in class.khaosai Galaxy as well a great Imo.

Willie Pep hands down for me. He was an amazing fighter in his prime. He even regained his greatness after a bad plane crash and he fought Sandy Sadler around a year after. Saddler beat him and was the bigger stronger guy but Pep showed he still had the skills from his younger years when he beat him in the rematch. He was easily the best of the small guys and top 3 of all time at any weight.

Angel. He was definately one of the greats among the small guys and a real ring technician. I have him in my top 5 guys under 130 no doubt.

The little guys always put on the best fights IMO, there are so many great champions under 130lb.

Salvador Sanchez - Possibly the greatest of them all
Ruben Olivares - The most explosive bantam ever
Wilfredo Gomez - The most explosive super- bantam ever
Eder Jofre - Maybe the best bantam ever
Azumah Nelson - A great Feather and Jr Lightweight
    Alexis Arguello - Same
Fighting Harada- A great bantam champ, two wins against Jofre!!
Willie Pep- His record speaks for itself
    Ricardo Lopez- Undefeated perfect record
Erik Morales-One of the true modern greats at 126lb
    Marco Antonio Barerra -Same
Khaosai Galaxy- Maybe the best fighter ever from Asia
Sandy Saddler- A stalwart through the 40's and 50's with 3 wins against prime Willie Pep!

    The Baker's dozen

So many others i could have mentioned but these came out easier.

As we are seeing now with the Pacman, Japan, Philipines and Thailand produce some fantastic champions and do not get the recognition there Mexican or Puerto Rican brothers do.
