Hitting Lacy with 1006 punches and not being able to stop him enough said

Calzaghe used to have quite a bit of power in his younger days but not anymore.

I don't care how tough you are Fenster if you hit a man with 1006 punches and can't stop him then that says alot about your power Calzaghe used to have power i remember he had 22 wins and 21 KOs going into Eubank fight but he hasn't cracked an egg in ages.

Calzaghe has never had one-punch stunning power but he's still a heavy hitter. Look at the guys he's been fighting lately.. all have solid chins.

i agree ICE it was a totally one sided fight and if Calzaghe still hit hard, Lacy would have been carried out in a body bag
Imagine wot Pavlik would do to lacy

I do agree that he doesnt hit that hard and most of his punches are more like slaps but the simple fact is technically Calzaghi is much better than Pavlick whom is one dimentional and will throw 1-2's with a big right hoping it lands
You are3 just trying to caress Taylors balls. Steward said " I have been training guys since 1961 and I have never scene a better conditioned fighter both mentally and physically as I see in Jermaine".Wait here is the video. Reading this I know you are a complete retard and have no business in this forum. Calzaghe not Calzaghi it Lacy with over 1,000 punches and couldn't finish him. Pavlik landed a fraction of that and look what he did to a guy who went 24 rounds with B-hop. Winky. Spinks,Ouma and other elite. Do you think Joe can beat Bernard.....I don't. Then think of it this way. Pavlik beat the guy who beat Hopkins (one of the best champs at 160 in the history of the sport)twice. Pavlik didn't go the distance he knocked him out. How many times has Taylor been KO'ed
not only that in the middle rounds of the fight. Pavlik is the only one to do that.

Calzaghe is a better distance fighter then Pavlik, he throws more and hits harder.

How would Pavlik stand a chance against someone who is bigger and stronger with a higher work rate and a better outside game? Pavlik's style is against him in that fight. Nobody is going to beat Calzaghe fighting at a distance unless your name is mikkel kessler.
Calzaghe hits harder than Pavlik Wow. Taylor hits harder than Calzghe. Lacy got hit over 1000 times by Calzaghe. You tyhink LAcy can take over 1000 punches from Pavlik.

Anyone going to post the post-fight press conference soon? I'd love to see that.

I like Pavlik a lot. He fought a quality fight with Taylor.

But he shouldnt go near Calzaghe anytime soon. Calzaghe is too tough, too smart, too fast. Pavlik is iron willed and has a good punch but that is not enough to beat Calzaghe.

My thoughts exactly although I'd like to see how Joe looks v Kessler and how Kell looks at 168. Time knows no bounds and catches up to everyone at some point.

Most of the time the straight right is the best punch against a southpaw so I'm not sure where you're going with that. Landing the jab could be more of a problem.

And Majesty, Calzaghe's got more power than Pavlik

Anyway, that's not to mean I think Pavlik will win, he wouldn't IMO. Calzaghe's just too fast, he's big and strong, good chin, great stamina. Totally different opponent than Taylor.

pavlik could ko calzaghe. calzaghe wouldn't last to the later rounds with pavlik in my opinion and if he gets a bad hand he is badly screwed
