Oscar de la Hoya did not take a dive against Bernard Hopkins.

I'm not even a De la Hoya fan, but anyone who thinks he would take a dive must have not paid much attention to Oscar's career.

Bruce Seldon v. Mike Tyson. I never saw someone so happy to lose a title.

Maybe Clifford Etienne v. Mike Tyson but he got smacked with a HUGE shot.

A lot of people thought Spinks took a dive against Tyson. I don't! If you looked at his eyes he was outta there

I agree with Etienne v Tyson.
Maybe Etienne had planned to take a dive but Tyson detonating one on his chin saved him the theatrics.

I see a program on Liston vs Ali and they had this program to show you exactly where Ali's punch landed and it was nothing more than a grazing blow on the cheek.
Yeah, I know what you mean, but Liston could've gone down due to his balance, I haven't seen it in a while so I don't exactly remember. Didn't Liston get up ready to fight though - until the ref (Joe Walcott wasn't it?) stopped it after someone ringside (the owner of Ring Mag or something?) told him Liston didn't beat the count?
Yes sir that is exactly what happened. Walcott couldn't get Ali to a corner and lost control over the fight and by the time the Ring editor hollered that he had been down more than 10 seconds, Liston had gotten up and was ready to fight (at least he acted like it). Have a CC

I agree with Seldon one because Tyson missed a shot Seldon went down and got up and made out he was wobbling when a punch hadn't even landed.

I don't agree with Clifford one though Tyson hit him with a huge shot.

I'd say Augustus against Kid Diamond. I swear Augsusts actually walked into some fukin punches in that fight. He is better than that and could have beaten Diamond had he tried.

Tyson and Ettiene were friends before the fight and Etienne was in need of money. Tyson was in need of a good win. If you listen to the post fight interview with Tyson the whole thing sounded suspicious. Also I wouldnt past either guy. Tyson is Tyson and Etienne is a guy who would do anything for money and his boxing career came next to his criminal career (which he obviously wasnt that good at).

CC back, I thought I was remembering that correctly. What a gong show.
And as much as I dislike ODH, he doesn't strike as the type of guy to take a dive... Its not like he needed the money.

This will get up some people's noses but i am still amazed at Duran's 'NO MAS', he is only behind by 1 and 2 points at the time he quits. What gives? I just find it strange that a fighter quits when not hurt and according to the judges is close.
