Iv seen Rocky 1-6, iv seen him on the contender iv seen him at Boxing matches.
But guess what, when he appears at boxing matches he appears as a Celebrity not as a boxer.

Red Bull is bad shit man.

Also, if you find yourself dehydrating really fast, drink isotonic drinks.

If you want to get hyped before a fight, listen to some music that makes you pumped.

DON'T Get big-headed, one of the biggest mistakes to make.

not sure where you are from, but in the US> we seem to suffer from an instant gratificationitis...we all assume that a pill drink or shot will cancel out years of hard work and effort or turn back the hands of time....truly that is a mistake...try music and work on just plain sparring to get you used to being in bad situations and working them out.then when it comes to a fight once you enter familiar territory you will find it an easy and less stressful place and consequently all your efforts will be easier...hope that helps

if you want to shit before a fight i would suggest a vindaloo for your pre fight meal.
