Sorry mate, but the NFL is the league of American Football...the premiership is the original sport of football.

yea, i still wonder why the NFL kept the sport called football. Maybe tackleball or hithimhardballs would of been a better name for the sport. ooh wait hithimhardballs would of prolly attract the wrong fans...(j.t,cmm,wacko)

What a crappy few weeks. We could have had a 6 point lead, We were unbeaten in 28 games. We lose 3-1 to Seville which I didn't mind. We draw with Newcastle, beat Villa, lose to BORO?!?!WTF!!!! Now from a potential 6 point gap,to 4 points,to 1 point.Oh and I forgot to mention we are playing a Chelsea team who are unbeaten in 16 and playing very well under their new coach. Oh and I forgot to add we are without and have been without FOUR of our best players_rvp,FAB,FLAM and Hleb.

I'm not sold on EDUARDO/bREDTNER,gILBERTO NEEDS TO GO and we need cover for Toure when he goes to the African Nations cup because as much as I have liked Senderos in the past,he is really letting us down with his error after error, after error. Get Djourou back, sign someone else and sell Senderos,Gilberto and 1 more midfielder. Let Bredtner go if he wants to.

Also Walcott can't score, even if his life depended on it.

    YAKUBUUUUUUUUU

Here's a chant from last week:

    FEED THE YAK
    FEED THE YAK
FEED THE YAK AND HE WILL SCORE
FEED THE YAK AND HE WILL SCORE

Haha just brilliant, another goal today at West Ham.

Great win for United although Van Der Sar nearly cost them the match TWICE,2 goal line clearances saved him. As for ARSENAL,,YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
A tough match,Chelsea had chances in the second half, bookings galore,we had 2 goals ruled out,the second looked legitimate to me,but an enthralling second half.I hope Chelsea and Liverpool are no so disheartened that their title challlenge suffers dramatically

Posh and Becks get picked up at the airport and on their way home the driver says to them "Been anywhere nice then?". David says "Ummm...what's the name of that station in London?".
    "Paddington?" the driver offers.
    "No, that's not it"
    "King's Cross?"
    "No"
    "Waterloo?"
    "No"
    "Liverpool Street?"
"No. It's got a big bus station too".
    "Victoria?"
"Yes, that's it. Oi, Victoria, where have we just been?"

Well at least Tottenham aren't embarrassing themselves anymore

Kinda off topic but thought this was funny, well considering they turned out all right I guess

And some of these are just horrible. The mission impossible music on the last one is classic

Superb win for us. I think we made the game more complicated then what it was.....
In the end we were lucky to walk away with the win.
Which is all that matters to us.
The win over the Pool is a good one.
Arsenals win over Chelsea was a good one also.
I was gonna come on here after the Arsenal loss to Middles but said ah! I wont be too hard on him...

We got Everton next and again something tells me they're gonna give us some trouble early on.
But we will walk away with a 3-2 win...
Bring it letylee I hope the Yak comes in fit so that theres no excuses...

    On other footy news.
I know this is the EPL thread but if I start a 'La Liga' thread I'd end up talking to myself....

    Anyway...

Sunday is the BIG matchup, battle of the Titans "Real Madrid vs. Barcelona"
Real is up by 4 points if we can get a win it would give us some comfort room.

    Last 5 games:
    Barcas 3-1-1 draw
    Real 4-0-1 draw

    Come on Real...
Our Dutch Boys, Rudd & Sneijder have been wroking together really well as of late.

Yes you have got Everton and your ass it getting owned.

You wanna 6'CC bet, have a look at the terms:

3 CC'S if you pick somebody that scores in the match at any time and they do e.g Rooney scores at any time
3 CC's what score the match ends up and it is correct e.g. Everton win 1-0

You up for it: Remmeber 1 of us could get 3 CC's or both of us can or we both could end up with 0 CC's etc

Just a bit of fun, Okay here's my bet

    Wayne Rooney scores anytime.
    Everton win 2-1.
