****ing **** of ******* ****. Bloody Johanneson. Anyway, I don't see that much point in keeping the bill on to be honest, apart from the fact it gets a mandatory out of the way for a show where most of the tickets are already sold, it'll do nothing for Mitchell.

Cynics might suggest Warren gave Johanneson "injury" money to get an injury, and put Mitchell in as headliner against a rubbish opponent in front of a big crowd. Not me of course.
