who is a boxer under 16 years of age? i would just like to know to see if there are any pple near my age. And are they any boxing tournaments for under 16's in England?

I'm not of that age, but I was once and yes there are numerous categories for boxing competiton under that age.

I believe that at your age you would fall into a category which in Ireland is termed "Youth2"

In Ireland it's like this: Boy 1 (11YRS) bOY 2 bOY3 Boy 4 Youth 1 Youth2 Juniors, Under 19's, Under 21, Intermediate and then Senior.

There is a large crossover area in Juniors Under 21's Intermediate's and Senior boxing.
