If they had fought at the time when this fight was planned to take place, Tito woul've quickly destroyed the already passed his best Norris.

Prime for prime would be an excelent competitive fight but I feel Tito would've been too much in the end. Remember Tito was more of a marathon runner in his fights and alwais ended strong.

Bomber this fight was going to happen. In 1997 Tito fought a title eliminator at 154 against Troy Watters, winner to face Norris. Tito KOed Watters in 1 (a preview of what was to come when Tito decided to officially move to 154 ) However, Norris got himself KOed by Kieth Mullings.

But as I said, if this fight had happend at that time it would not have been competitive. Tito would've destroyed him.
