Yeah I was just giving you a hard time VD. I lost a rep bet with BZKFN on the Oleg loss. I really thought Oleg was going to win. It just seems everytime Peter fights I see another way to beat him, and I thought someone would do it. Oh well.

Good on Peter,I knew he would win.Maskaev ducked him for way too long, now Peter needs to KTFO the brothers and we can have some HW that actually wat to fight. BTW,I think Chagaev beats them all,but I like Peter and Ruslan the best.

Campblee beat Diaz at his own game. Diaz 2 best assets:TREMENDOUS stamina and punch output and his ability to break your will. He couldn't break the experienced Nate's will.

Looks like Joel Casamayor v Nate2

and once again it showed that peter seems to not be able to take an uppercut

Even before the cut, he was getting frustrated. He is used to backing everybody up and being the guy to apply the pressure. He was frustrated because Campbell held his ground and torn him up on the inside from the opening bell. He's never experienced that before. Then he got cut.

Oh, and he got away with about a million low blow without being warned. Campbell never bitched. I was getting pissed until Nate just started throwing some back and didn't get warned either. Between the bad call on the phantom headbutt, letting the cutman work in the middle of the round, and zero warnings for punches below the belt, it was a poorly officiated fight. Luckily the right winner came out.

LOL,exactly. The guy has a suspect chin as a cruiser. He will lose speed and strength and won't be getting any extra"chin" Dumb career move IMO.
As far as Campbell/Diaz, Great job by Campbell to show experience and give a great fighter his own medicine. I have a fear that Diaz has the "Mosley Disease". Like Mosley, Diaz is great at what he does but can not overcome the simple adversity of being beat at his own game. Although this is only based on one fight for Diaz,he showed the same things Sugar Shane has in each of his losses. Shane tends to get that same beaten look in his eyes where you know AND he knows he isn't gonna win the fight so they just go into "game fighter" mode. Look back at some Mosley losses and see if the facial expressions aren't exactly the same.
I think Juan's future is still good and this is just another learning experience for him. Better to lose at 24 than a point where it is too late to learn to adjust.

i dont think haye would have a chance with any top HW, especially peter or klitschko

haye is good but he isnt great, he doesnt take a punch great, he leaves himself open, he has an awkward stance

i think people are overlooking how shitty macranelli is

Haye's chin isn't as weak as some people make out, his TKO loss to Thompson was because of Stamina problems. Not because he has a weak chin, and Peter's chin and power is overrated, who has Peter ever stopped worth noting ?? and he was on the canvas 3 times by slow plodding McCline who isn't even a big puncher.

I agree Ice, Haye says the lose to Thompson has made him better. Where as Peter has looked shaky his last 2 times out.
