Difinitely a candidate for Fight Of The Year. Remove the knock down and still Pacquiao won that fight. He boxed Marquez just fine.

    CONGRATULATION MANNY!!!

A confused order of events. Marquez outlanded Pac in power punches and controlled the championship rounds. It was tit for tat at times and Marquez was cut, but it didnt affect how Marquez was fighting. Pac was the more hittable of the two down the stretch.

A great fight and fairly similar to the first except Pac had less knockdowns to rely on as it went to the cards. I will need to watch the fight again of course...but I felt Marquez edged out Pac.

It was a great fight, but I personally think that Marquez won it by a close margin. Yes, Manny knocked down Juan, but Juan hurt Manny on several occassions as well. Juan also controlled the pace, for the majority of the fight.

The fight is over, and I'm not going to cry about the decision, because it was a close fight, but I do disagree with it.
A nice sensible viewpoint Danny's girl. I think I definitely will need to watch this again tomorrow, really close fight

I cant believe what I'm hearing from julius. Pac did KD JMM and did stagger him a few times but then again I saw from JMM what MAB and EM cannot and that is to make pac back pedal and second guess himself on punching. JMM clearly out boxed PAC and I do personally think it is a bad decision.

Hahaha. I should be humble with this victory. I will be watching again the fight without bias.

Watch it again pare. I really think JMM won. My dad even left after the 11th round he does not want to see the result.

sorry if this question was asked but what was that piece of thread?, that was put into the cut of marquez, it seemed very weird that the boxing officials would allow that..

    what the hell was that?

hehehe. A win is a win.

Congratulations though for both fighters. They truly have done their best.

I will try to study the fight carefully before making a comment. For now, the whole Philippines is rejoicing.

And I will be rejoicing with my winnings especially in this forum.
