ESPN cancels Contender

Just found this one From Dan Rafael.Personally I did not care too much for The show But It served well for some Guys exposure..no pun Intended.Had some good highlights and let us see another aspect of what go's on behind the scene's as well as giving some guys the Limelight that may have otherwise gone without It . I hope now That ESPN will Keep up It's two Airings a week Schedule and afford the same opportunity to other up & comers as well as veterans,Only this time in fully viewable matches without all of the bells & whistles.

Any thoughts?

Can't say I'm too sorry to see it go, I enjoyed the first series but it's gone downhill since imo.

It was the focus on the family element and personal stories that made the first series so successful but with every successive show that's been stripped down.

The last series barely interested me at all.

It's great if they are gonna use that money to show un-editted real-time boxing. Otherwise it sucks because I'm all about more boxing on T.V.
