    After tonight....

Interviewer: " So Floyd, were you impressed with the performances of Antonio Margarito and Miguel Cotto in their devastating victories, and which one do you plan to fight next?"

Floyd: "Well...errr...a fight maybe interesting down the line, but the Mayweather name is all about money yeno, and I wasn't that impressed wit either to make me think a fight with them would be money. Neither Margarito or Cotto are a De La Hoya or Big Show...you see what I'm sayin?"

Is it just me or is Cotto getting faster hands every fight?

Cotto barely broke a sweat in this fight, and I didn't see a mark on him!!!

I loved that look he gave Gomez at the end of round 1. Cotto normally does not do stuff like that, but I guess he wanted to make a point to Gomez, and he sure did tonight!!!

Cotto Margarito would be a smoker!!!!!

PBF wants nothing to do with any of these guys at this stage...

DLH talking about dropping to 147....He would be manhandled by these guys...

Yeah, I feel awful for him. That wasn't even competitive. Must be a hurtful gut and reality check for Gomez. Where does he go now?? I still like that kid and want to see him in with Cintron{if Tony didn't ruin him for good} or a guy like Clottey.

I think Gomez's best bet is a deciding fight with Jesse Felciano and then move up to 154 to take on fellow Contender star Cornelius Bundrage

haha i remember that, cotto was like " boy you dont belong in this ring with me", it seems like cotto was insulted to be fighting gomez. the win over shane has sent cotto into another level.

looking at it and I hesitate to say it..But he almost carried Gomez. He would hit him effective and just stroll back .If he was wearing a watch,he would have been glancing at It often.Margarito Vs. Cotto is the fight I would want to see... I favor Tony but cotto has sharpened up alot...tough fight in every aspect

I think both of them are too strong for him right now. They are both brutal and vicious.

Mayweather is at the stage of his career where he would not get in the ring with them. I don't think his heart is really in the sport right now and he would be very vulnerable to both of those guys because of that.

Very much agreed....Becasue looking at these two fighters Cotto and Margarito.... the way they performed tonight that off the ropes shit and trying to be cute would help Floyd zero....Both men made statements tonight.....

I would like to see Paul Williams in with the Tony of tonight...

    lets put this into prespectve...

in all honesty if Maywether or Hatton took this fight with Gomez they would have got slated to fuck by me.

so Cotto step up FFS your fans deserve better

and that takes nothing away fro Gomez who had belife and was as game as they come but is just goes to show reality shows aint a great prespective of what reality is all about

Fuck Mayweather lets have Margarito - Cotto and leave that money grabbing twat maweather in rematch heaven and milk his fans for all their worth.... ((really shouldn't drink and post ))
Well I haven't been drinking and that makes a lot of sense to me. Margarito v Cotto would be more exciting than Mayweather V Anyone.
