A ref is supposed to limit illegal blows, which, in everyone's opinion, was raining like crazy. If you permit a fighter to get away with all these sheet, it DOES get to be a factor in the outcome of a fight. FYI, headbutts affect a fighter. Lowblows affect a fighter.
