the guy will be giving up half a foot to amir khan and has the potential to make amir look very amateurish on the night.

The 2 styles just would not work, rees game plan is very similar to khan, work away on the inside and look to draw your opponent onto a counter punch.

But together it would just become a messy scrappy affair that would no doubt end in khan stopping rees late on and proveing nothing in the shape of whether the guy is ready to step up to world class level.

Romanov, katsidis - heck if amir does wanna prove himself at a different weight bring kotelnik over....but rees??

It will sound good on the Khan resume having a former world champ on his record , but Rees is not world class , its only Warrens conections and a multi titled boxing world that made him champ , im not convinced by Khan ,but he chews up Rees and spits him out inside 6.
