thats what you think mate, but its not that simple to hit him, trust me. its decieving on the eyes.

Why would Kessler have to run for 12 rounds, when he couldn't miss a 1-2 off Froch's skull if he tried? Froch would need an amazing jaw to make it far enough into the fight where things could get interesting, but even still, I'm really not sure anyone can be very succesful against world class fighters with Froch's stance, you just can't be that open for everything all the time. I really just can't think of a single fighter who's ever been succesful with dropping their hands that low, without having incredible reflexes, slickness, and defensive instincts. Of which Froch is 0 for 3.
Kessler would hammer Froch. Froch hasn't fought anyone who is anywhere near Kessler in terms of skill and experience, Froch is easy to hit and I think Kessler would be able to handle his power. I'd be amazed if Froch made it to the final bell.
Im not saying he would run away for 12 rounds, i said he most likely wouldnt, I dont think he would to be honest, he would want to get involved with the action. But Froch has proven a chin and has never hit the mat before, I think defence will have to improve on the higher levels of fighting, but if you see in the Reid fight, he simply just couldnt get inside or work anything, his only chance of landing a shot was a wild overhand right, which didnt really do too much against carl. Carls reflexes are pretty good and footwork, he can get out of trouble easy, and put people into trouble easy. Its a hard one to call, but Kessler would have to also demenstrate a good chin too because he wouldnt have faced anybody as powerful as froch.
Kessler, wouldn't think twice.
No doubt Froch has a punchers chance but i wory about his defence at the very top i reckon acccurate punchers will pick him apart.
Well you can all still have a pick at Froch for little things, but to be honest with you, by the end of the year you will see. It would have helped carl a lot if he had faught Inkin on sat, but HE pulled out for 'illness' twice, so carl cant do too much about that really. We will have to see whos up next for him if he wins on sat night. But its a waiting game and we will all have to wait and see. So far hes doing well 22-0 (18 kos) lets hope he can build
Well it doesnt sound like a lot impresses you matebut these two are really pushing to get that number 1 spot in the weight class and really have a good chance of doing it. Kessler is good, im not taking that away from him, but this was carls year for stepping up and its gone a bit tits up so far. We will just have to hope he gets a decent next fight and hopefully we can see more of him so he can impress you more

Mundine, Calzaghe, Andrade, and Beyer (maybe) are better than anyone on Froch's resume. Kessler also looked very good in losing to Calzaghe, a fighter in the top 5 P4P on almost anyone's list. Froch could turn out to be a world-class fighter, all I'm saying is that he hasn't proved much yet.

Like I said, my exposure to Inkin has been limited, but he seemed quite slow in most of the footage I've seen of him.
Froch, to me, appears much more impressive than Inkin, but he's yet to take a real step-up in competition to prove how good he is. His mouth is a lot bigger than his accomplishments. He's only had 22 fights, so it's not like he needs to step-up right away, but at 30 years old time is not on his side. He has good power and has showed a decent chin in some of his fights, but I'm interested to see what he can do against better opposition.
I'm not saying he won't be able to succeed when he steps up, just that he hasn't stepped up yet. I agree that Inkin would've been a good start, I think Froch would've won, and it's too bad that he didn't get a chance to demonstate his abilities.
I should also say that it's not that Froch hasn't shown impressive power and ability, because in many of his fights he has. It's just that I'm not sold on him as a fighter who will become a dominant force in the division. As a prospect, I would rate him quite highly, especially if he can work on his defense.
