Ok these days you usally hear about his son (cause obviousley he was the first to beat tyson) but his dad certainly had an impressive career golden gloves champ in 1963. Would take fights at a days notice, never ducked anybody - if they wanted to fight he would be there. had great punching power by all accounts - just never seemed to reach the promised land.
