Sergio Mora fought a great fight tonight. I must admit I did not think he would win but good for him. He gets my respect for certain.
I agree with the announce team and probably everyone else who watched it that Mora belongs at 154 that is for sure.
Too bad about Carlos Quintana. I still do not think Paul Williams is that good. He would lose a rematch to Margarito and get KO'd by Cotto.
2 woman judges but it won't matter.
"If there's a better chin in the world than Pryor's, it has to be on Mount Rushmore." -Pat Putnam.
Lampley must be reading our site and saw sergio won so he opens the broadcast with
"On a day that hasn't been kind to favorites in sports, especially in.. (oh crap I cant mention showtime) horse..racing.."
Where`s Lyle.
Pavlik came in wearing an affliction shirt and is sporting tattoos.
``DAMN MMA fighters!``lol
Pavlik has the democrat donkey on his trunks![]()
In a related story, Lyle just became the world's biggest Gary Lockett fan.
Round 1
Intense stare down...Pav double quick jab..1-2 from Pav...Locket so squate and square...locket quick punch on inside,Pav smiles...Lockett 1-2 ,Pav answers with right and back Lockett to ropes...right-left off ropes blocked by Pav...jabbing Pav,Lockett jumps in,left to body from Lockett..
Mora is the champ, he won the fight, I won't make no excuses but Vernon looked slower than usual...maybe sergio is just alot faster....I'll give him that.
I thought it was down to the fact that Forrest is a pretty ugly fighter and didn't take the lead instead tried to cutesy counter punch and let Mora steal the fight.
Serious KD and lockett is gettin pummeled!
Pavlik OWNING this boy. Guy looks like an english bulldog with that smashed face. Kelly fixin' to euthanize this guy.
Jesus Christ, someone check that guys gloves for bricks
