I was really close and I yelled "Kronk fighters just ain't what they used to be..."

I was at the fight Saturday night, Williams absolutely smoked Quintana... I always thought Williams was the goods despite his loss to Quintana the 1st time and is just as good as Margarito and Cotto..

Mora showed true heart and grit... He put on a nice display

I'll have to admit here that I wrote off Williams after the loss to Quinatana.
I also had claimed that his lack of power meant that he wouldn't be able to operate well at the Elite level at Welter.

He showed a great improvement in power in that single round and I'll admit I was wrong!

Big surprise with Mora too, fair play to him!

Yeah, I really enjoyed all the fights Sat... I HATE Mora... But he looked....... ::Grits teeth:: Very Good... He came to fight(even though it was a shell of Forrest) and looked good doing it... He was less spotty and the workrate was much better. All the credit to Sergio.

Quintana got smoked BAD... I knew Williams was going to take it to him but I though it would again me a fairly close war of atrician... Fun Round to watch

Oh and BTW....

Although I was unable to make it to Canastota this weekend my friend, feeling bad I couldn't go, brought me back the best gift ever!

Most people wrote of Williams and I dont know why... Its funny how people were using that fight to ponificate Cotto's greatness, so as I smartass I ask you.. Is Williams a worldbeater now that he Blew Quintana out in a 1/2 round when it took Cotto 5 rounds and that he would beat Cotto?

I know its a dumb mentality but its amazing how people think sometimes
