Jeff Lacy is the most likely candidate.

Jermaine started boxing to stay out of trouble and make some money.
His winnings mean he no longer NEEDS to fight.
For the love of the game.

A fight i would dearly love to see.

Lacys out and out power against taylors guile and ring knowledge.

Taylor seems like the kind of fighter that would struggle with someone of jeffs technique, but lacy will no doubt be rusty and unless he gets himself into the shape of his career taylor will KO him without much trouble

Jermaine doesn't love the game as much as you'd think.

I disagree Fenster i don't think Taylor needs a fight with Lacy at all, and i also disagree that it would elevate Taylor if he beat Lacy. Lacy has looked like shot fighter for quite sometime, and majority of fans think Lacy was overrated and there not high on him at all at the moment which is obvious.

Taylor can go right back in there with the big boys he has nothing to be ashamed of, he done very well in both fights with Pavlik and he looked extremely sharp in both fights, i think Taylor can for certain make some noise at Super Middleweight, i think the perfect match up is Kessler vs Taylor.

Kessler is a well respected name and done well against top 5 P4P fighter aka Calzaghe, and a win for either man would do both mens career a lot of good and would get them right back in the picture. IMO Lacy vs Taylor would be one sided and not very exciting at all, and it would do hardly anything for Taylor's career at the moment.
