He sure was given a gift!!!! Ricky would do well to give Collazo a rematch and try to blow him out it would be like going back and recreating history shutting up all the critics and set up a big fight with other top Welters!! if he loses well enough said We will be right in our analyisisOriginally Posted by bigragu
It was coming close to that at the 12th but Luis ran out of time...it's true, I've watched the fight about 3 or 4 times since Saturday. Hatton did just enough to win, he was helped a lot by the 10-8 first roundOriginally Posted by MRMANICK
114-113 with the knockdown would have been better. But 115-112 i don't agree with. Take away the knockdown and he doesn't even get a draw. Thats crazy.Originally Posted by Lyle

I had it 114-113 as well, but I wasn't surprised when Hatton won. It was boarderline 114-113/115-112
I thought hattons handspeed was quite good in the early round tbh
Gatti's likeable, is a great entertainer when well matched and is a big hearted figher but just because he's been in some great fights doesn't mean he's still world class. No way Hatton loses to Micky Ward even 1 in 3 or has trouble with Damgaard.
Gatti also started at 130lbs and has too many miles on the clock. Hatton would handle him
hatton won cuz he is a guy you give rounds to untill hes lost a few straight...
that means people tend to give him rounds he looses untill he looses a few in a row, they have to be overly convinced they are loosing
the fight was poorly scored, but hatton may have won, and there was clearly no glen hamada
