Enzo Calzaghe on Hopkins vs Pavlik.

Arthur always fights behind a defensive shell and then boom gets you with the counter. Thats Abrahams style of fighting - Pavlik won't force him to do what he does anyway.

Abraham has the better defense of the two easily and hits just as hard as Kelly. One has a dodgy chin and that is Pavlik.

Great defense and power beats limited defense and shaky chin most times.

In saying that I will be cheering on Kelly and believe he can win but I won't expect it to be easy for one minute.

Pavlik a dodgy chin? Are u serious? What cos he took a knee against Taylor after taking 4 or 5 bombs? Pavlik's chin is one of the best i've sen, he walked straight thru Mirandas bombs.

Guess you must have missed the Zuniga fight. Put it this way Calzaghe has depleated Uranium in his jaw and has been down 3x in a 19yr pro Career. Pavlik has been down against smaller men 3x in his 7yr pro career.

Kabary Salem isn't a puncher and put Joe Calzaghe down and that punch shook up Joe Calzaghe as well i wouldn't say Joe Calzaghe has granite chin either he has a better chin than Kelly Pavlik but he hasn't got granite chin like Marvin Hagler Juan La Porte Carlos Monzon Julio Cesar Chavez his chin isn't in any of those great fighters leagues and to my knowledge Joe Calzaghe has never really fought hard puncher and if he did they didn't catch him with good shots Jeff Lacy comes to mind.

Joe throws alot more punches than Pav . He even landed over 100 more on Hopkins according to the stats yet still alot of people thought Hopkins won

Maybe arm punches and slaps. Pavlik throws about 80 - 110 a round. Real punches from all different angles.

Pavliks punches dont come from angles he does what he does very well but he has no footwork and because of that will struggle to find a solution to Hopkins holding.

You dont need awesome footwork when you are pushing a guy back. You want to plant your feet and swing.

Enzo knows the truth about Kelly and it scares the shat out of him. Calzaghe is great but I think he wants to retire with the big 0

Lacy looked more scary than Pavlik does leading up to the fight with Joe and Kessler would school Pavlik yet Joe pasted him.

I wonder why Arum has yet to mention Abrahams? i guess going by some logic that Pavlik is ducking him, yes, yes i shall drop down to a powerpuncher fans intelligence and now claim that Pavlik is ducking Abrahams. After all Hopkins cleaned up 160 before he left the division and he is a top 30 160lb all time fighter.
