If you include fixes, then it has to be Escalera/Everett; out and out robberies that have not been proven fixed, Ramirez/WhitakerI, screams out.
Wow, go head Brit Kid, I did'nt think any one remembered Alfredo Escalera/Tyrone Everett, at least not on this forum, it's ashame what happened to Everett later though. I would like to sit down and talk with you about boxing, your very knowledgeable about boxing.

Casamayor has had a few controversial losses and what not. The second Corrales fight, despite droppin Chico I felt he lost. The Freitas fight, I also felt he lost, but it was close. He definately got screwed against Kid Diamond, he won that fight, it was no draw. But against Castillo? Come on. He was manhandled and beaten up worse than ever before or since in his career.
Freitas got credited for a knock down that was'nt. Not only did he floor Corrales, but he backed him up all night. Against Castillo, he faded badly. But the clearly won the first half of the fight, I taught he held on.

You Cuban or something? Castillo definately won that fight IMO. Also what became of Joel after the draw with Kid Diamond?

It was a robbery despite the fact....3 judges.....HBO.....and skysports all scored it to Hatton.

Were you born a muppet? or was it something you learnt?

It was nothing like a robbery. Hatton won that if you scored it on a round per round basis. Not one reasonable person could call that a robbery or anything but a close fight.

Nah, I'm Mexican, ese. Im a big Castillo fan, But, I call it like I see them. I don't let my race, cloud my thinking. Just cuz a fighter is Mexican dosn't mean I'm going to automatically think he won. Plus Casamayor scored a knock out win after the Dimond fight.

I know the fight you mean! There was only one fighter pushing all night and he worked his ass off. They clearly gave it to the more famous prospect, who looked shocked that he go the decision. Barnes was shown up in his next fight thought. Would also have to shout out Robin Reid vs Sven Ottke. If I was Sven I'd be too embarrassed to show my face, but then quite a few of his final fights could be picked for this discussion!!

    Basilio-Fullmer I & II were HORRIBLE stoppages!

    Hearns-Leonard II
    Holyfield-Lewis I & II were bad calls

Hatton-Collazo doesn't even break into the top 1,000 bad decisions! And honestly it wasn't even THAT bad of a call, I had the fight Hatton UD, Hatton SD, Hatton MD, or draw at worst

gah... I always sucker for this... some one says something really stupid and I argue with them... what he just said was so stupid he has to just be a troll trying to provoke arguments and derail threads (either that or a 13 year old band wagon jumper with little or no boxing knowlodge)
