You cant shine all the time!
My advice is to stay at 140 if he has no problems making the weight as i dont think he is big enough for it.
If he keeps winning then the big fights will come to him.
I still give him a great chance against PBF.
PBF is the new roy jones of handpicking his fights!!!
Yep I would pick 23 mill over 8 mill all day too!!!!Good headsup Floyd!!!Again would you go to work everyday for less money than your entitled too, especially if you were the best around in your trade and everyone wanted you to work for them?Hardly think so,use your head man,This is how these guys make a living when you are the best you have the Luxury of waiting and taking the Bigger pay day(its the business aspect of the sport)again you cant fault a guy for wanting to make as much money as he can while young so he can enjoy himself and live good when he is old...Dont we all have the same goal??

I can only assume that the people on here that are sniping at Ricky Hatton are American, as they don't even have the courtesy to spell his name correctly. It is not Hatten.
As for the name Floyd, over here we have a TV chef by that name and much like your's he's a natural pain in the ass, so i will refer to the American one as Mayweather.
I have no doubt that like 75% of you Mayweather is so insular, he doesn't possess a passport.
It is only in your own minds that Mayweather like Jones and most other American fighters are deemed pound for pounders. Most of these have been masters at hand picking opponents, cheating ( think Roy Jones and his positive drug test) manipulating judges and referees ( try Eugena Williams ) and generally talking twice as much as you listen, even though you have two ears and only one mouth.

Hatton has said he will give Collazo a rematch, and being the gentleman he is he probably will, but it does not need to be an immediate rematch, because some whinny little idiots in America say so. Get this you do not count anymore in the world of boxing.

The eastern Europeans are making huge inroads in your sacred Heavyweight division. South, and Central Americans and Asian's are dominating the lower weights, and quite frankly Ricky Hatton can sell more tickets at the live gate than any American fighter in his own back yard( 18,000-22,000 ) every time he fights he just wants to prove to the world that he will fight all comers anywhere which is more than can be said for the so called elite of America.

Everybody has their highs and lows, especially in sports. In a country of 300 mil+. We will always matter in sports, if for no other reason than to spite YOU. That is kinda the reason that the rest of the world is praying that soccer never catches on here. F O MATE.

Actually maybe Nationalism may be a good thing. Around the world we are disliked by allot of people, for a plethora of reasons. If it helps a group of people to rut for someone they don't even know , and eventually become a fan of that individual, which in turn helps the sport as a whole. What is wrong with that?
I started watching Hatten because of my Irish decent. I generally don't rut for someone or against them because of where they are from, I'm American, allot of us think of ourselves as being from many places. Many people rut for the person they think they have something in common with. Some people cheer against someone they don't know, because of the same generic reasons.
