£34 million is the rumoured fee
Baffling if true
Abu Dhabi has just aquired City for a huge fee from the Thai Prime Minister and they look all set to snatch him.
So much for Him wanting to leave Spurs to play "Champions League Football"
Bulgarian ****.
But £34 million will make a nice profit...shame we can't spend any till JANUARY!!!![]()
Wow! First Keane and now Berbatov, sucks to be a Hotspur fan now...well more than usual![]()
We did ok (ish) against Chelski but are in bad need of another er whole f*cking team really
It's madness to sell our two best playersand still expect to break the top four.
No ONE will for years!
Wow! that's big news...
Also 3 loses 1 draw in the last 4 games is not good.
Lyle,
You ready to see your team humiliated by Man U?
We'll meet in 2 weeks.![]()
We should have Gerrard back by then but Torres just tore his hamstring and will be out for quite a while. Albert Riera should be making his debut as well which should send Kuyt down to striker to pair with Keane who can hopefully score a goal sometime soon.
I just hope we can put a half decent side out there....is Ronaldo going to play vs Liverpool? If not then we can go ahead and put a W up there
From what I see it looks like Man U still, whether or not City bid 34. At least that's the report I just read. Man City's made bids for everybody really, Berbatov, Villa, Gomez, the German who looked shitty in the Euros but is apparently pretty good.
I think Spurs would be fine if they'd just sign another striker after getting Pavlyuchenko. They signed Corluka and he seems pretty good, not to mention Tottenham ignores their back line too much so its good they're bringing somebody in. Hopefully he'll do well.
According to ESPN Man City have agreed to a 32.5 million fee for Robinho and Berbatov is doing a medical for Man U
Recent on BBC is athat Owen may be for Spurs. Decent addition IMO considering they shouldn't be paying over the odds for him.
On Berbatov, it's actually getting quite funny now. He's having a medical at united and refuses to go anywhere, thing is they haven't had permission from spurs to talk to him. I hope Levy says no and lets him sulk in the reserves til january, whenhe has to accept that his future is at city.
City snatched Robinho in the end instead. After bidding on Berbatov and David Villa! Pretty damn good still, for a team that has looked absolutely rubbish (in the UEFA at least, have yet to see them in PL this season).
Also, they are already talking up a Christiano Ronaldo bid

Any Newcastle fans on this site btw?
So much for King Kev as 'The Savoiour'...
Ive got a soft spot for City, Im made up for them. Im a Blade, but love there supporters, down in the old 3rd division and they still sold out 32,000 every week. When Newcastle were there they got 8,000 turn up. Good luck to them.![]()
