I just realized that David Haye's and many others complaint about Wlad Klitschko is the same thing that got him taken out, an alleged weak chin that probably has more to do with gassing out. Look at Klitschko's KO losses. Puritty I never saw, but Corrie Sanders just had a heatseeking missile that would have taken out anyone had he connected that solidly that many times and Lamon Brewster just decided to become the Terminator and absolutely did not stop until Klitschko was dead. But when Klitschko fought Ray Mercer, Mercer hit him square several times, Klitschko wobbled, but recuped and kept pressing. Peter connected and downed Klitschko several times (granted, his chin isn't on the top of his head) and he recuped and kept pressing. At least with Klitschko I'm going to revise my original opinion and say Klitschko has at least a decent chin. Hell we may never get to see how good it really is considering he's made so much improvement defensively.
Oops

Slovakian Stefan Stanko is chilled far more than he chills. His record is an alarming 6 (KO 6)-58 (50)-.

His level of competition is subject for debate with Tucker and Bentt being his most notable wins and Bowe and V Klitschko his most notable losses (all four were KOs).

Yes, Hide is a great example. Recently he has been going the distance. His power seems to have left him.

I'd throw Bob Foster and Chico Corrales on the list.

Chico a good example. Foster always got iced when he moved up to fight Heavies.

Immediately thought of Edison Pantera Miranda, and there's still a bit of a question about David Haye. Haye's TKO loss a few years ago was mostly because he ran out of gas because he wasn't training properly looking past the old journeyman Carl Thompson; Haye almost had Thompson out of there.
Haye's learned from that mistake and always comes in in top shape now.

Also, the 6'3" Haye has really struggled to make 200 lbs the last few years.
When a man stops draining himself through dehydration and comes in instead at his natural fighting weight, he's often able to take a shot better.
At 140 lbs, Cotto's chin seemed questionable, but look how much punishment Cotto was able to take at 147.

I loved watching Julian Jackson, most of his fights happened on regular network televison.

For a real dangerous old-timer with deadly 1 punch power coupled with a glass jaw: Bob Satterfield.

Satterfield, arguably, was the most exciting fighterof the '50s and the most exciting one to ever come out of Chicago. His fight with Rex Layne is a classic example of this.
