Its not like one commissions ruling applies to the other in a case like that. Its like the case where Louisiana suspended Allan Green for not showing up to fight on that ESPN2 card a few years ago, of course Allan Green didn't care, its not like he was planning on developing a following in Louisiana.
I think you are wrong. If you are suspended in one state you are suspended in all of the united states(as per the full faith and credit clause). Remember when Holyfield got suspended By New York after his loss to Chris Byrd. It took him a year to get that lifted).

For example if I have a license to fight in Texas, obviously I can't force the Nevada commission to sanction a fight. Or else the different standards of the different states would be worthless.

I am not positive but: being license to fight in a state and being suspended are different. You can be rejected for a license in one state but approved in another; but, if you are suspended by one state, you are suspended in all of them.

I actually wanted to take a sports law class, but figured it would have very little to do with things like this and more to do with wankers like Randy moss.

Moss cleaned up his act since he came to NE... Mind your mouth, Booze! Remove Moss's name and insert Owens

As far as I know suspensions only carry over from commission to commission in case of a medical reason. I could be wrong I guess.
