Why would he want it ? Mayweather already whooped Hatton easily. The Joe Cortez controversy is overrated i don't feel Cortez made that much of a difference in the fight.

140 wouldn't have made a bit of difference, PBF started at a way lower weight than Hatton so it wouldn't have mattered at all.

Floyd was also dominating Hatton on the inside, so that wouldn't matter either.
