If Pac wins then he will have to choose between Hatton, Mayweather, and Marquez IMO.

I think another immediate Marquez fight will delayed because they don't want to make a transition from 147 to 135 right away.

If Hatton wins, then a fight with Pacquiao would be very possible, if he loses, then it's down the drain.

Pac and Roach only took this fight at welterweight because De La Hoya is old. I doubt they will want to stay at this weight and fight the in his prime, rightful champion in Mayweather. I just think they'll get lured into the fight because it would be a massive fight. Pacquiao also seeks the legacy cemeting fights and Mayweather would be just that challenge.

But like I said before, all this hypothetical talking is IF he beats De La Hoya. The picture changes if he loses.

Pac can only get bigger like it or not, win or lose.

If hatton is an option floyd is also, win or lose.

Dec 6 sets up a huge 2009-2010 year for the big money makers in boxing.

    2009

    Jmm - hatton

    Pac - hatton

    Jmm - Mab ll

    Pac - floyd l

    floyd - dela hoya ll

    Pac - floyd ll

    2010

    Jmm - hatton ll

    Pac - dela hoya ll

    Pac - Jmm lll

ok i may have gotten carried away

I'm saying Hatton is the most likely because the economy here in the states is slow, probably alot more money to be made in Europe right now. I don't think this fight will be as big as Mayweather ODLH, mainly because the economy, but the matchup brings in a 2 huge fanbases, so maybe....

Pac wins he will fight Mayweather or drop down to fight Hatton.

If he looses he will drop down and fight JMM.

ODH wins he will fight Hatton or Arce

If Pac wins he'll fight Mayweather. If he loses, he'll fight Hatton and the winner will fight Mayweather, on the provision that hatton gets past Paulie tonight.

PAC getting Klitschko first will make David Haye go crazy... All of Haye's hard work on Monte Barrett will go down the drain...

i've been hearing that kind of sarcasm for the longest time, and also one about pac-tyson but have never actually heard or read any pac fan saying or implying such thing. if there is one you can show me, i'm sure that fellow is just trying to be funny and piss haters off or is just an absolute moron.
