    a) No one is watching you
    b) Whats to feel stupid about. You're practicing your boxing. You want it don't you?

Funniest is when I was on the quayside. The lads wanted to see if I could sprint up 'dog leep stairs':

and if they could beat my time. Forgotten what it was now (something like 11 seconds) but as you may of guessed short fat council workers couldn't to sprint them :P

On a side note size 13 work boots are f**king heavy

Sort of, if you head down hill from the monument you'll come to the bottom of dean street which is where we were working at the time.

Yea u might feel stupid at first till u realize like every one else was saying
"what is there to feel stupid about"? As a matter of fact I shadow all the time. I shadow in the shower, walking through the store, walking down the street, every where.

Don't feel stupid. Anyone who criticizes you also has no idea how to box or shadowbox... and so they are in no position to criticize. Someone who does know how to box and shadowbox and criticizes you forgot that they too at one point could not put their punches together, their feet and hands weren't working together, and they too felt awkward around those who knew what they were doing.

So anyone who criticizes you is either ignorant, or forgetful that they were once in your shoes.

Yes, I've felt the same way. When you're new, you feel like you're too slow, and that anyone watching you would be unimpressed or would be laughing at you. IGNORE IT!! Or, better yet, use those feelings of stupidity and being watched to work harder.
