Hey guys ang gyals,
Let me tell u something about this kid , he is definatley the real deal and a worthwhile propsect to loook out for. Personally i rekon he will be british champion in a few yaer time no problem and to tell u the truth he will probably wax the floor with Rahman soon enough if Rahman is still around. I can say this with confidence as i have seen him fight in the amateurs and he had a rather immpressive record then with some 5 fights and 4 Ko's at the time. I dont blame him for turinng pro as his stuylle was more suited for the Pros.
Definatley one to watch out for!! Any one no where i can get the footage of his most recent outing against this Tony Booth?
Thanks alot Peeps

Brunel boxer aiming to become world champion
By James Webb
Mean machine: Brunel University student Ervis Jegeni after becoming BUSA super heavyweight boxing champion at the weekend
A TEENAGE boxer from Brunel University has set his sights on becoming world champion at the age of 21 after winning the 2003 BUSA super heavyweight championships with one hand.
Ervis Jegeni, who was making his first-ever appearance in a boxing tournament, took the honour at the British University Sports Association finals in Coventry, on Saturday.
The 17-year-old Albanian, said: "It went pretty well especially as it was my first competition. I didn't feel nervous, I just wanted to do the business and I had to box with one hand in the final because I hurt the other one in the semi-final."
The 116kg business management student suffered the injury whilst outpointing Raheem Butt from Kingston University but despite this disadvantage going into the final, Jegeni still managed to knockout Alan Willecki from Coventry University in round two.
The talented fighter, who has been boxing for less than two years, is now targeting next year's National Youth title and then the National Senior title in 2005 before turning professional.
And Jegeni, who compares his style to Mike Tyson, has dismissed talk of following in the footsteps of former Brunel student and Olympic super heavyweight champion Audley Harrison.
He said: "My way of boxing is not suited to amateur competitions. I want to turn professional in 18 months, which means I will not be able to box in the Olympics."
Harrison, who takes on world number 106 Brian Nix in Nevada a week on Friday, turned professional after winning gold in 2000 and Jegeni has not ruled out the possibility of facing him in the future.
He added: "If he is still around in a few years I may fight him. He is a good boxer but our styles are different."

HAHAH Looks like a piss head got lost trying to get a kebab and found him self in the ring... started to sober and fought "huh... the fuck is going on"...![]()
It amazes me how people like that pass a medical to prove they are fit to fight.
One look at him shows he doesnt train :P
I don't know how much stricter they are with pro cards but the doctors are normally on the fiddle in the amatuer game. before a bout they just want to check if you are severely dehydrated or have damaged hangs/skull etc... some times they check your breathing. When I went for my amatuer card he checked my blood pressure and listen to me breathing and that was it, your ment to get a fill piss test and all sorts but tbh unless you are practiclly dead you'll pass the medical.
Ervis can fight make no mistake, hes the best prospect this countrys got at heavy. He won the british four nations juniors easy. Unbeaten Spars all the top pros in the country and dont come second. Comes out of Harringay, bit special
