If Hatton wins two more fights then I think it'll happen, even if PBF goes to 154 for Oscar. Hatton beats Urkal & Gatti (at 147), he would be huge money HBO PPV for PBF, too tempting for him not to come back to 147 (or an ill-advised Hatton step up to 154). If Hatton beats either Castillo or Corrales plus Cotto (at 140 or 147), it would be just as big a fight with a definite temptation for PBF to fight Hatton at 147.

If Hatton loses either fight (or decides to rematch Collazo), all bets are for because PBF will have money fights with Cotto or Mosley.

Had to give you one just for your screen name. I remember that guy. Once you got him hurt, he came with the bullrush. I'm gonna have to switch my name to Super Macho Man, or Sandman now. Flashback from way back. Punch out, and Mike Tyson's punch out.

i feel the fight will happen, hatton knows that fighting mayweather will be all his legacy in one fight,i feel if hatton fights and beats the winner of castillio-corrales it will make the fight seem worthwhile for mayweather, hattons stock has dropped somewhat and i get the feeling he needs one big win to make the fight inevitable, having said all that i dont think he can beat him

Hatton-PBF won't EVER happen....after the Collazo fight Hatton is going to have to REALLY impress people here in the US vs a top guy for the average fan to want this fight.

I like Ricky, I think his style would be good to use vs Floyd but I am starting to question his punching power.

I doubt Floyd goes in the ring with Cotto either

Hatton needs to give Collazo his due rematch....if he wins then go on to bigger fights....other than that I don't think the money is there for a Hatton fight....I know I wouldn't order a Hatton PPV(unless it was a rematch vs Collazo)....
It feels good to be back home.

there are to many "if's" in the Hatton scenarios...if he wins..if his power comes with the weight...if he survives the rematch with Collazo....

hatton doesnt have big punch power, but his relentless punching grinds opponents down, his only chance vs mayweather would be at light-welter,and i very much doubt mayweather would drop down to fight hatton.i was shocked by hatton in the fight with collazo,i have never seen him on the back foot before,he belongs at light-welter.
