Crazy fight! I wasn't the biggest fan of Diaz before this, but I am now. Kid has the heart of a warrior.

JMM is the man-one of the best of our generation. Or any, for that matter!

Marquez is a G. He will definitely get Hatton/Pacquiao winner methinks. Unless Arum decides to fukk us over. Diaz should punch Kellerman hard in the face. Or let B-Hop deal with him.

Another great performance from JMM, I was surprised how well Diaz did in the early rounds though.

That was just great, could see the little bull maybe wearing out against the old fence. So happy.
Shows how hard Manny hit at the weight.
Be nice to see no 3 @ 135 but 140 but could be a real bad night for JMM.

Kellerman rides Juarez for a fight he obviously loses yet harasses Diaz after one of the best fights of the year?

He needs to sort out his priorities

JMM is so talented. Just watching him put those accurate combos together is pure art baby!

Max is too full of himself and likes to play the "controversial" part. One of these days someone's gonna slap him down.

Yeah I was very surprised how well Diaz did. Marquez just midway cashed some of those checks he has been writing in his 50+ fights. Knowledge is power.

Marquez always starts slow that's what I was telling myself as the fight went on. If they still fought 15 rounds I'm not sure he would have ever lost a fight apart from the Duran DQ

Marquez is an amazing champion, who deserves as much recognition as Barrera or Morales ever received.

I never thought Marquez would be able to keep that pace against a bigger man who was 10 years younger. Not only did he keep up the pace, but he knocked him out. What a great, great fight.

Istarted out hoping Diaz would win because he's a Tx. boy like me....Then I start feeling sorry for JMM getting mauled in the corners too much and seeing him come out like a pit bull when getting hit; plus he looked alot smaller t me than Diaz, so I started rooting for him haha.....By the end ofit I did't care who won but damn that was fun to watch.....Diaz almost ate a tv monitor on his way out the ring the 1st knockdown lol; then to get brutally finished like that wow......And F#CK Kreepy Kellerman what a douche bag.....Diaz should have asked him about his rap career

Especially knowing when to throw the uppercut.

I'm with you on Diaz - hell of a showing. I thought he might take this one after the first half of the fight. Gotta give it up for JMM pulling it out with accurate punching, though. Seriously impressive fight!

That completely discredits Diaz. He took Marquez' power just fine for 8 rounds. You could make a case that he was winning the fight up until the KD/stoppage.
And Marquez's great skill and heart too: Diaz got taken down peg by peg; great for Jmm cause he was facing some real stuff there and couldnt get off for a long while; until he decided to stay cool and adjusted and took him out slowly from the body to the head ,uppercuts the whole thing was masterful.
