People who haven't seen the fight may now think that Donaire put a dominating performance on Darchinyan...which he didn't...the fight was even until the ko...to say that Donaire beats Darchinyan any time is pretty ignorant...

Even?! That's bull and you know it. Did you even see the fight? Donaire pretty much won all rounds. Imo, he dominated round 1 & 3.

WTF!! Why is Vasquez still ranked 5th? I posted this before on another thread and I'm still baffled as to why this fu##ing guy is ranked so high up there. To me there are alot more better candidates that should be ranked over him. I guess if you get in a memorable trilogy and get beaten up and bloodied then you should be considered a p4p fighter even though he has been knocked out 3 times in his career. Why is there no Paul Williams in there? As far as I'm concerned R Marquez can be dropped out of there also. Hell Vlad should be ranked in there for the title defenses and cleaning out the heavies and taking on a former undisputed champion in Haye. Chad Dawson should be in there Thomasz Adamek or even Juan Manuel Lopez would be more fitting then Donaire, Marquez or Vasquez.

So even if Donaire stayed in active for the rest of the yr while vic continued to dominated people this yr you are all saying he has to stay ahead of vic coz he beat him? That fight was last yr, he cant just sit in the p4p above vic coz of a fight he won a yr ago.

Vic was being given a boxing lesson against Donaire. He couldn't get any meaningful punch to land while Donaire was landing at will and outboxing him from the get go.

I'm a bit peeved at how Vasquez and Marquez are still ranked so high being inactive for quite some time now. I also agree with Paul Williams not being on the list at all!

Agreed. Vic couldn't do anything about the counter left hand. He kept eating 'em all night.

According to Ring Mag the answer is NO... I already pointed out that Ring Mag ranked Vic first in the Top 10 P4P after he defeated Arce then when Nonito annihilated Cobra Martinez, the people at Ring Mag were impressed and now ranked Nonito in the Top 10 and ahead of Vic...

You can always make a case of Nonito being ahead of Vic since Nonito annihilated Vic... IMO if they will have a rematch, Nonito will trash Vic for the second time...

How big is this no. 8 P4P ranking for Nonito?

Well, I think it's the 1st time that 2 Filipino boxers were ranked among the Top 10 P4P at the same time...

Donaire's climb to No. 8 pound-for-pound makes him San Francisco (USA) Bay Area's top fighter in a century...

Nonito Donaire Jr. is a Filipino-American...
