As long as haye boxed sensibly he`d run rings around arreola and probably stop him within 7.

Is there really any money in fighting arreola though?? despite the fact he is still unbeaten he looks like the kind of bloke who wouldnt be lost outside a KFC tucking into a bargain bucket while knocking back a pint of tennants premium at 11.15 in the morning

I think this is a pick 'em fight....David Haye and Cris Arreola are a lot alike, they CAN box, they choose to mix it up a bit more and both have suffered the consequences of that decision (knockdowns and in Haye's case a KO loss) but it would be an exciting and telling fight.

Haye should also consider: Alex Povetkin, Odlanier Solis (Olympic Finals Rematch), and even some of the older fighters Sam Peter, John Ruiz, Lamon Brewster, Ray Austin, Fres Oquendo. They aren't at the top of the heap but it would show us more of what Haye has and I think he could have a relatively easy go vs those guys

    i am numero-uno anti haye

But c`mon haye is bigger, faster, stronger, quicker - unless he decided to completely abandon his style and slug it out with arreola he wins every day of the week!!

What are you talking about bigger faster stronger? Arreola is 6'4 and was 255 in his last fight, granted he wasn't in shape but he's pretty big and he has fast hands when he puts punches together.

Good thing Ali isn't dead yet; he'd be rolling over in his grave if he was

Yeah Haye/Arreola why not? Sounds good. Can't wait. Scintillating. Hopefully Davy Gravy does't get injured again.

Hahaha, that cracked me up. Ridiculously funny.....

This would be a great fight for Haye to take, the best option to put away the doubt, if he can.....

I heard Haye was medically cleared for a July 25th fight, so he wouldn't have been ready on the 11th as they wanted anyway!

That does give a guy like Arreola some time to prepare for a big fight though

Arreola strikes me as the kind of guy that will defo need time to shed so 25th July aint too bad. I wish someone would just sign.

Wonder what they are doing with everyone who bought tickets for Klit Haye and don't want to see Klit Chag, refund?

Haye should also look at trying to sign a fight with Nicolay Valuev, sure he's a "top ten" heavyweight on account of the fact he's only lost once but I think it would really build Haye up if he was able to violently KO Valuev.

I would love to see SOMEBODY get rid of Valuev!

    How very diplomatic

I know what you mean though. My niece is of mixed race, a little chubby and has no hair (yet). I made a passing remark to my Mom the other day how she looks like George Foreman, it didn't go down too well to say the least...

so by that logic if arreola spent the next 2months in mcdonalds and bulked up to 375 he would absoloutely crush haye??

I dont particularly rate haye but i sure as hell dont think he`ll come up short against a guy who struggled agains travis walker!!

Hey Travis Walker looked very good before Arreola caught him a couple times. I think Walker could do well in the division if he's brought along properly. Sure Arreola needs to be in better shape, but let's not discredit his entire career just because he shows up fat from time to time.

Arreola isn't small in stature all I am saying, he's an average sized heavyweight at 6'4, he's tough, and he can punch. It's not a lock that Haye will easily handle him. It wouldn't be a lock that Haye would easily handle Travis Walker either...he's a big puncher with good straight right crosses, he's dangerous for anybody.

If Haye just relaxes and boxes clever and I don't think that Chris will give him much trouble.

If haye stands infront of him and tries to force a knock out then Nipple could maybe out fight or even catch him big if he's stupid.

If haye uses his mobility and speed then I don't see how he can loose, don't know how badly he'll beat Arreola though but I know that one way or another his hand will be raised as long as he's not a mug about it.

I don't think it's possible for Arreola to beat Haye. Not from what I've seen as of late. I'd have to think long and hard before picking Arreola over just about anyone. Even Rahman.
