No Contest. Actually Bobby Pacquiao vs Ricky Hatton is not idea. Bob Pac is also a southpaw slugger. But not as fast and accurate like Manny. I'd give Ricky a good chance.

Totally agree, i think Kahn will knock him out if they meet, Hatton showed against quite a guy who wasnt even much of a puncher at 135 ( Lazcano ) that his resistance has gone, Hatton should retire.

Hatton never went away and he will beat Khan which will be his next and last fight if he can agree it with Warren.

He was always a bad style matchup for Kostya, I think he would have been hell for KT "prime" or not. But I totally disagree that the Hatton of that night somehow beats any 140-147 guy now. Cotto at 147 (and probably 140), and Mayweather at either weight would be too much for him. At 147 Williams, Clottey, Margo all would be too much for him. That's not a knock on him, those are all either great fighters or very goodnight ones who were too big for him and/or like to put plaster in their gloves.

The guy is 30years old and people are already saying he is past it just because he got walloped by pacquiao.

Truth is we dont know how bad/good hatton could of been that night because it was over so quickly and the only underlying factor from the night was that hattons reflexes had clearly diminished.

As long as he stays away from the big 3 (floyd-pac-marquez) i see no reason why ricky shouldnt have at least 2-3 fights left in him.

If ricky wants to get back to the top and is prepared to do it the hard way there would still be huge interest both in the UK and across the world.If however hatton is planning one final payday against a complete no-goer like lazcano infront of 80,000 at wembley/manchester id just prefer he`d save everyone the trouble and leave the sport for good.

hatton has been my favourite fighter for years, but hes had his day,please retire son. i seen an interview on hattonboxing.tv when he was promoting danny butlers fight and his speech aint queit right, nothing major but dirrerent from a few years ago. i fear any of the top ten 140 lb ers will beat him today. MAY I SAY FOR THE RECORD THO, THE HATTON THAT BEAT TYSZU WILL BEAT ANY FIGHT FROM 140 TO 147 TODAY. i think after that fight he could never come like that again. long live hatton tho

I've actually always wanted to see Ricardo Torres vs Ricky Hatton, i reckon that would be a tear up. Although with Ricky Hatton's punch resistance looking shaky lately i doubt it happens.

Heavy gossip coming out of the UK is for a Khan match up, not really sure how this one would go. Khans suspect chin against , well Hattons suspect chin ! Khan might not be a huge one punch fighter but if he gets off some really fast clusters I could see Hatton in big trouble.

Hatton would probably have to be rushing in against Khan to put him off his game and not let him get settled into a rhythm, at least we know from the Pac fight he still knows how to show disregard for defence and go tearing in.

Always sad to see a fighter chasing one last win on the way out, said it before on here, if he loses does he try again, and then again .

All that said, in fairness Ricky hasn't announced a retirement so another fight wouldn't be a comeback, just another bout on the trail back to a title.
