Default Why doesnt ricardo lopez hold the undefeated record?

Why does rocky marciano hold the undefeated record with 49-0-0 when ricardo lopez is 51-0-1 is it because he has had a draw?

The Rocky Marciano thing is based on that he is the fighter with the longest perfect record at a pro level, although some might debate this as he lost amateur fights AFTER going pro. On undefeated champs Ricardo Lopez is a far greater fighter IMO
