Did I mention Benn would tear off Tito's head.

    Wow good match up.

Think it would be very close, both are hard hitters with chins that are not always 100%.

Think Tito was a more controlled boxer but you could never count Benn out of a fight.

Benn by KO in a Hagler Hearns type brawl most probably.

Agree re the Hagler Hearns comparison. I go for Benn getting hurt by a few bombs and getting mighty pissed off and scoring a KO in 3 or 4 .

Tito was only on the floor about 50 times at welterweight.

Kevin Lueshing decked him for effs sake.

I agree it could resemble Hagler-Hearns although more likely Khan vs Prescott.

I'd pick Benn at 160, but wouldn't be suprised if he swallowed a left hook and got KOed

sorry to say it but 160 above and tito stunk the place out

Benn wouldnt of made the weight anyway and even if he did would of been incredibly weight drained and not half as effective as he is at 12stone

It would of been 2 fighters out of their depth slugging it out
    one dangerous horrible bloke

Dewitt and Simms?? You gotta be from England. I was laughing so hard when I saw those names my belly popped through my throught onto the floor. They were more journeymen than fringe contenders here in the USA. As Holmes might say "Robbie Simms can't carry his brother's jockstrap." His brother being Marvin Hagler.

    He's not from England lol

Dewitt was a good win, he'd gone the distance with McCrory & Hearns and Benn stopped him convincingly.
Loved the Barkley fight - again an excellent win
Eubank (2nd fight) another big win, even if the judges cheated him

Benn definitely had his limitations, but he was genuine world class and a match for any of the 90s MWs and SWs (P.S I said 'a match' not that he would beat)

Yes he did, although I remember he was fortunate to get the decision.
