^^^ I love the feeling of cold hard leather on my hot bare knuckles after working out hard with wraps and gloves on.. Of course I don't hit the bag hard at all. Mainly just run through the combo's slowly, only just connecting with the bag with a slight impact. It's very very relaxing after some hard heavy bag work.

Okay I found where the download is on www.ringside.com. It's quiet easy actually although it did take me a while to find the first time. You simply click on the "features" link up the top on the first page of their site.
    http://www.ringside.com/features.htm
Their is also another couple of good articles there & a good one on wrapping hands, but what you want is the John Brown boxing manual at which is right at the bottom. For some reason it's like 21mb. If you have a slow modem & don't want to spend all that time downloading this I can print my copy and rescan it as i'm sure I could get it down to under 1mb.

Again, just let me & i'll do this for you, although you maybe have to wait a day or 2 for me & only a half hour or so for the download.

I used to wear hand bandages all the time, but I don't need them now because my hands have toughened up, if you don't need to use them then there's no point but it's worth seeing what benefits your hands the most
