Don't be so quick to bash Khan like you always do.. I'm pretty sure he was saying Prescott could bang with the best. Which I disagree with anyway.. he's looked very average in the fights i've seen him in when his opponent isn't charging in, aka like Khan did.

To be honest he seems a lot better since the KO to Prescott and getting Roach on board, so to me the best fights to judge him on are his fight with a way past it Barrera who was hindered by a bad cut in a fight that should have been a no contest and the Kotelnik fight.

Before his KO defeat he used to get too easily involved in brawls and was floored a few times and the KO was inevitable although it was shocking how early it came. I thought it would happen after he reached a world class opponent.

Prescott isn't a world class fighter but there is no doubt that he can bang with the best of them.

I'd pick Khan to beat him now though.

Although Prescott's opposition isn't the best, there is no denying he can punch. The problem for him is thats all he's got.

The funny thing is, i have never missed a Khan fight and i don't even like him that much.

I'm the same way with Cotto. I'm always surprise at how many of his fights i've seen considering a i'm not really a cotto fan. Though i am starting to become one.

Can someone please explain to me why theres so much negativity bout Amir Khan? Theres no question the lad is talented. Iv seen posts on here calling him boring!!! The one thing khan isnt is boring. Peoples saying now that Barrera was finished. While i agree he was no where near the fighter that he was, at the time of the fight there wasnt too many saying it. In fact,most people were saying that he was gonna KO Khan. Khan wins,(and wins well,i gave him every round) and people move the goalposts and say Barreras finished. Why werent they saying it before the fight? Now im not saying Khans the reincarnation of SRR, but he deserves some credit for taking him on 2 fights after Prescott,who if you see his record, is a good banger and anyone can be caught cold. If Barrera was finished then Khan/Roach were glory hunting for a name to look good on Khans record -that's a good thing?
You state yourself with bringing up Prescott -if you see his record- is a good banger. Well it's actually better to watch the fights AND see the level of opposition AND see the way in which fights are fought, won and lost. Records don't tell the whole story.

Not sure what your getting at pal. If khan/roach were 'glory-hunting' for a name on his record then they're not doing anything any different from 99.9999% of fighters. As for Prescott, all i said was that hes a good banger and anyone can get caught cold. As for the last bit about watching fights,level of opposition etc etc, i cant see the relevance of directing that at me nor can i make sense of it with regarding my post. Im not an advocate of Khans, i just think some people are too hard on him. He cant do right for doing wrong but thats just my opinion
