Valuev would catch anybody with at least 1 punch during a 12 round fight and 1 punch would be enough to knock out the likes of PBF.

Original & Best: The Sugar Man
Any smart boxer with a bit of speed and ability to get in and out quickly can beat Valuev. Valuev is pretty awful. He's a big man and he tries his best with what he's got, but it is very limited. I thought Chagaev did it far more impressively than Haye too.
Yes absolutely! John Ruiz was ROBBED against Valuev, he beat him easily in their first fight, so bad that even the Germans booed the decision. He got that decision because he was a 7 ft plus freakshow, he clearly lost the fight.
Then after losing to Chagav he fought Ruiz again for a vacant belt and won on a split decision, before defending it against Holyfield in another robbery and then lost to David Haye.
His title reign has been appalling.
He should NEVER have been a world champ, he only won the belt because of boxing politics and corrupt judging.
Silly as it is..
Shorter guys with a shorter reach have to get closer which obviously makes it easier for Valuev to land. Now consider Valuev's weight advantage, he doesn't have to land clean punches, he can topple little guys off balance from landing anywhere. Landing a shoulder punch on a 16 stoner might not have a big affect but i'm sure it could topple over a much lighter fighter.
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
Sorry, but Valuev gets way more shit than he deserves, now I'd like to preface this by saying he's not great or particularly good. What he isn't is complete shit. He is by no means the worst Heavyweight Champ in history, have you not seen footage of Primo Carnera?? Valuev looks like Ali next to him. I'd also say that Pinklon Thomas & possibly Tony Tubbs were worse, & reportedly there was a guy in the early part of the last century called Marvin Hart who was truly awful.
Valuev is a lot better than he gets credit for. He has decent fundamental boxing skills, & doesn't have bad movement or speed for a man his size who is clearly not a natural athlete in a way that Lennox or the Klitschkos are. Now, I'm not saying he's great or a worthy world champ, but he's by no means the worst ever. Say what you like but he's never been clearly beaten & yes whilst his size obviously has played a huge part & his record does have some heavy padding, he has also clearly beaten some decent guys & often by outboxing them. Carnera couldn't have outboxed a heavy bag.
* Key word throughout that is DECENT. He's not great or even particularly good, but he isn't completely shit, especially compared to many of the other big men of the past.
I always thought Calderon could beat Paulie Malignaggi. Valuev? Maybe but he would have to be real negative.
