Maybe there is some bias there, but do you really think insulting him is making Pac look any less guilty? No. Pac's done this all to himself. Take the damn random tests and lets see a clean fight.
That's the difference. Me and you see things as Boxing fans. Josephina sees things as a groupie. He can't understand rational thinking.
The Pac groupies are pretty bad, but the Hatton ones are not so far behind.

Manny is not guilty till he get caught. However, if ever he refuses any blood test at a normal period to detect substances, he'll raise questions eternally over his case and that, for some seriously right reasons. Till I see if he accepts or not, I won't say he's a cheat, just that he raises lot of eyebrows.

The fact that he rather enter the courtroom instead of the ring speaks volumes.

The reason I think Pac is sguilty is cuz he wouldnt have let it get this far if he was innocent. Fair enough he didnt wana give in at the negotiating table but then he came up with all sorts of excuses and his bahviour suggests he has someting to hide. He would rather walk away from the fight than prove his innocence. Something dodgy going on there. Foreman should make him get tested too if he values his health.

I also have become disillusioned with Pacquiao's bizare refusal to submit to random blood test.
Everyone just wants a fair fight.

It does pretty much look apparent that Pacquiao is taking PEDs but I will hold at 'Inocent until proven otherwise'...

For all we know(which is highly unlikely do to the brutal mud dragging that his reputation is going through) he is just breaking Floyd's balls(again, highly unlikely)

I'm not one to accuse when there is no proof except the fact there's no proof...

The only thing we're going on is the fact that he's not taking the tests as Mayweather wants him to. It pains me to see it as it's making him look like a cheater that could put the blackest eye on boxing in a long time which is exactly JUST what the sport DOES NOT need.

If he would just adhere to the tests we could be done with all this... Why would he not?... The only answer I can come up with is cuz he's cheating...

But I cannot call him a cheater until it's proven.

Until then Pacquiao will sit attop my P4P list reluctantly.

The fact remains "Pacquiao is not fighting because of a drug test", if this was because of defamation of character the negotiations for the fight would not have even had a chance to start because Mayweather Sr.'s statement was made after the Hatton fight.

    Indeed.

I just can't be ripping guys off my P4P list due to allegations, though. I recognize this and I do, in fact, think he's hiding something... But with no proof, I need to give him the benefit of the doubt. It's not fair to be witch hunting and tossing people into rivers to see if they float without proof. Do I deep down think he's taking PEDs? At this point in time... Yes. But again, thinking and knowing are two separate things.

I'm right there with you man, I have not accused him of taking PEDs, but I think I have made my suspicions brought about by his reactions clear. I'm accusing him of backing out of a fight, choosing the courtroom instead of the ring.
