Much as I would like for Shane to score this win for the GOOD... I just don't see it happening.
The long inactivity hurts Shane a lot more now, now that he is up there in age, boxingwise. He still packs power, for it is the skill that pugilist's lose last, so a puncher's chance, he's got.
However, I see the leg factor playing more of a major part in this fight's outcome, for it will not be a toe to toe, slambang affair all night, but rather a cat and mouse, who's the slicker, who's the wilier skilled for the night, fistfight.
That said, Floyd Jr. has too much of the goods stacked up against the old guy. He takes this "running away" by unanimous "D".
Score one for the BAD... ten rounds to two for Floyd Mayweather Jr. 118-110.

Damnit I picked wrong. Well what I want is for Shane to beat Floyd ass and I don't mean just knock him out. I would like to see Floyd spit blood, ribs get all busted up,a total face rearrangement so the next time we see him we can only say Damn Shane you are the man. Now what will probably happen. There will be a couple of close rounds scored for Shane but Floyd will just pull ahead too far in the end and leaving us sleeping on the couch only to wake up and see the post fight interview of him crying and saying how great a fighter Shane is.

I hope Shane does it but he is old for a fighter and probably past his best, Floyd on the other hand is in his prime physically and also in experience wise too, its such a shame we have had to wait for this fight for so long, the only hope is the Nazim factor, he is a trainer who I rate in extremely high regard, if there is a chink in Floyds armour that Shane can exploit Mr Richardson hopefully has spotted it. I am voting for a Floyd win but hoping that Shane can somehow pull it off
I'm actually in a different boat to most. I want Floyd to win, but I just have a sneaking gut feeling that Shane will pull it out late. I also think this will be a great fight, I think it's a genuine 50-50 encounter & I think that Mayweather's 0 is a big reason that he's getting such heavy favouritism.
Anyway, I'm hoping I'm wrong, but I just feel Shane is going to pull it out, possibly with a late stoppage.
