This is one that will be fun to watch but i really couldn't pick either guy, first instinct is to say williams by decision. But cintron realy does have a chance and a good one at that.

Fuck it, I'm going with my gut. Cintron by TKO. Then he rematches Martinez and gets beat by him for the third time.
Off the top two guys like this should bow their heads for not maximizing such impressive frames and physical gifts...both fall into iffy styles and Williams especially, falls all over himself with volume and sacrifices beautiful range.I think Cintron will hit him with that right and hurt him badly, probally drop Williams but Williams will rise back and win on hustle and Cintrons wavering mental make up when things get thick in there. Then he'll blame a hurt hand.
Margarito probably was loading his gloves in those fights so I don't make too much of quitting there.
Cintron already has fought Margarito and Martinez and Angulo and now is fighting Williams. Geez? Who won't this guy fight? If Williams beats Cintron as I expect him to on volume punching, I'd love to see him fight Angulo.
Williams is all wrong for Cintron stylistically.
Cintron may have success early with some big right hands but as the fight progresses, i see Williams high volume and constant pressure taking it's toll on Cintron. Williams stops him in 9 on accumulation.
Cintron has a punchers chance but Williams is tough and has a good chin so even that isn't a big chance.
Williams by a late TKO in either round 11 or 12. I'm looking forward to this, great that it's on TV over here.
Williamz winz TKO hiz work rate iz gonna tire Cintron an eventaully stop him late roundz
Williams has too much for Cintron. He will wear him down and have Cintron quitting late.
Williams by UD
Cintron landed flush and went limp mentally after Margarito walked thru it.Those body shots were solid on Kermit. No one knows if,might, maybe the gloves had issues but I dont think so.Mans guilty of the proven, make him pay, but the revisionist history gets a little out of whack to me.How much of a tainted extra in do you need to risk going into a rematch with a guy you previously took the best from & left him sobbing on his knees in the middle of the ring for ko win?
Cintron has a punchers chance.
I''l go for Williams for his work rate on this.
Holy shite, i dont know if its been talked about before , but Paul Williams has a longer arm span than both Klitschko's .
